FAQ

To add a new FAQ, follow these instructions:

1. Click the 'Manage FAQ' button

2. In your control panel, click "Add New" and then select "Questions and Answers

3. Each new question and answer should be assigned to a category

4. Save and publish everything.

You can edit your FAQs at any time, change their order and choose a different category.

Yes. Follow these instructions to add media:

1. Open application settings

2. Click on Manage FAQ

3. Create or select a query to insert media into

4. When editing a reply, click the video, image or GIF icon

5. Select media from library and save everything.

You can edit the name in the application settings. If you don't want the name to be seen, just turn it off in the "Display Information" section.
